Autumn is here! Yay!

Pet Rock Festival and a new CGC!

On Sunday Kedge, Tori and I went to the Pet Rock Festival in Worcester, MA. I've gone a handful of times over the years. I usually went with my deaf Dane, Tenchi and after he passed I took Faust. So it was fun, but a little bittersweet with both my boys gone now.

Our main reason for going was that I wanted to try for Kedge's CGC since the Chinese Crested Rescue was holding the testing during the festival. I was aiming for a learning experience and was pleasantly surprised when Kedge actually passed and got his CGC! His leash work wasn't wonderful, but hey, it was loose leash and that is what mattered! He did perfect on all the other exercises though. Woo hoo! WTG Kedgeroo! *dance*
