A Basic break down-
"SECTION 3: Novice Exercises and Scores
The exercises and maximum scores in the Novice classes are:
1. Heel on Leash and Figure Eight 40 points
2. Stand for Examination 30 points
3. Heel Free 40 points
4. Recall 30 points
5. Long Sit 30 points
6. Long Down 30 points
Maximum Total Score 200 points"
SECTION 4: C.D. Title
ASCA® will issue a Companion Dog certificate to a dog with ASCA® registration or a tracking number, and will permit the
use of CD after its name, when it has received three (3) qualifying scores awarded by at least two (2) judges. (Each Qualifying Score is called a "LEG")

We got his during the Pet Rock Festival last year, not in a class setting. Hundreds of people and their dogs walking around as distractions!

ReplyDeleteThanks Lindsay! I never got this far with Mojo, so it is a very big deal to me. Not because he couldn't do the work, but because I couldn't get over my fear of being in front of people. I guess that baby steps make anything possible. :)
