I just wanted to thank Francine and the girls for doing such a great job with raising these puppies. Kedge is such a well adjusted little guy and very smart! Nothing seems to phase him. :) When we went for our walk on the road, the huge pickup trucks and SUVs would race by us pretty close since there is no sidewalk. He didn't even flinch. I mean, he practically yawned. lol
I keep all the dog toys in Spencer's old Little Tykes Football shaped toybox. I just put the lid away since its kind of annoying and as soon as you touch it, it just falls in. Any how, I realized that it would make a decent pseudo mini wobble board type thing for Kedge to play on since the top is rounded, but the bottom is flat. I was thinking that it might take him a little time to want to try out. Nope! He thinks its the best thing since sliced bread! I'll have to try and get pics and video of him "surfing and skating" on it.
Kedge is also a thinker, he knows how to use his nose and paws to try and open things. We usually just lean the baby gate in front of the doorway to keep the dogs out of any rooms. However, Kedge went right over to it, nosed it open without a second thought. It crashed down next to him and he went right in. No jump from the huge bang, and then he walked right across the gate like it was nothing. He also noses his crate door open from the outside when he wants to go in it(meaning he's hungry).
Though, I think one of the things that I love most about Kedge is that he is a cuddler. I hope that he doesn't grow out of this. Mojo was never into cuddling, he is always next to me or at my feet, but he could do without being hugged. lol
Thanks again Frankie, Katherine and Lily! You guys did a great job. I'm so happy to have this great little boy in my life.
